Take a bubble bath

Wear rhinestone earrings or a pin with your jeans

Listen to some 'oldies but goodies' music

Write in a journal

Talk to an angel

Fertilize a plant

Buy new slippers or make them

Light a scented candle, day or night

Sharpen pencils

Visit a toy store

Buy or make a new picture frame

Paint a rock for your garden

Call an old old friend

Reread a favorite book

Put a stuffed animal or doll on your bed

Organize your recipes

Do the laundry- it's warm and smells good

Order spring bulbs through the mail

Bake a biscotti

Clean a drawer or cupboard

Buy a shade for grandma's lamp you've had in storage

Try a relaxation/visualization tape

Invite a friend over for sack lunch

Rent the movie "Butcher's Wife"

Clean all the mirrors in the house-and make funny faces in them

Rearrange the pictures on the wall without moving a nail

Buy or make a new throw pillow

Bleach the table linens

Write thank you notes

Write a love letter

Buy silly shoelaces for everyone in the house

Wash the light switches

Talk to friends (old and new)

Say Thank you

Give a hug or two or ...

Say I love you

Sweep the walk

Count your clay pots

Wash the wine glasses

Plan a party

Organize your Dr. bills

Make a photo collage with scissors and glue

Collect get well cards in a basket and reread when you need a lift

Play with a child

Go to a support group

Read Dr. Seuss alone or with another adult

Sit in a Sacred Circle

Try a new lipstick

Plant a pot of flower seeds or bulbs

Polish your shoes

Refill the windex bottle

Clean anything with an old toothbrush

Compliment a stranger

Learn a 'knock-knock" joke

Ask someone to paint your toenails

Turn a walk into a scavenger hunt

Wear a different coat from the closet

Do a craft project with a child

Throw out all the dry ink pens in the house

Plant a flower bulb in a strange place

Sit by a bon fire

Sing in the car or shower

Plan a trip with the money from the piggy bank

Leave a love note for someone

Buy flowers for yourself

Hang a wind chime over a heat vent

Have toast and cocoa for breakfast

Weed a flower bed

Giggle with a girlfriend

Redo your resume - you'll be impressed

Play a game of solitaire with playing cards

Put photos or affirmations on your clean mirrors

Sprinkle colored confetti shapes everywhere (call it fairy dust)

Buy a new address book

Put out fresh doilies

Write anything in sidewalk chalk
